THE EXERCISES IN EACH BLOCK WILL BE ORDERED BY DOING 20 ” OF EXERCISE + 5 ” PLANK + 30 ” OF EXERCISE + 5 ” OF PLANK AND SO ON WITH EACH BLOCK.

The warm-up is a set of exercises and activities arranged in a gradual way, in order to prepare the body for greater physical performance and to try to reduce any setback such as injury, contracture …

We have organized the training in 4 blocks of exercises alternated with different planks (frontal or lateral) and with the total sum of 10 burpees, 5 between block 2 and 3 and 5 after the fourth block.

The exercises are as follows:

  • Skipping or knees to chest. Remember that you are in the warm-up, increase speed and range of motion gradually.
  • Half squat with lateral jumps. It is not necessary to lower the squat excessively, we will better seek to increase the speed of execution.
  • Climber or mountain climber. Aim to bring your knees to your chest from a plank position.
  • Skater or wide lateral step with arm coordination. Look for a wide jump from side to side and move your arms vigorously and in coordination.

DO NOT GIVE UP. GETTING STARTED IS ALWAYS THE HARDEST PART.
